Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using InOrbit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms may be updated before public launch as the product moves through pilot and beta stages.

What InOrbit Is

InOrbit is an AI networking memory app for founders and professionals. It helps you capture people you meet, remember context, organize contacts, enrich contact cards, draft follow-ups, connect selected Google services, and export your data.

Pilot And Beta Status

InOrbit is currently in a pilot or beta stage. Features may be incomplete, mocked in local environments, limited by quotas, or changed as the product improves. Production access may be waitlist-locked until launch readiness is complete.

User Responsibilities

  • Use InOrbit only for lawful, professional, and respectful networking purposes.
  • Make sure you have the right to upload, enter, store, process, or share any contact details, notes, files, or other content you provide.
  • Review AI-generated drafts, summaries, openers, and suggestions before relying on them.
  • Keep your account, devices, and connected services secure.
  • Do not use InOrbit to harass, spam, mislead, impersonate, or violate another person's privacy.

Google Integrations And Approval-Gated Actions

  • Google integrations are optional and may require you to grant OAuth access through Google.
  • Gmail actions must remain approval-gated. InOrbit should not send emails without your final approval.
  • Drive workflows are intended for selected-file access. InOrbit should not scan your whole Drive or change permissions without approval.
  • Calendar workflows are intended for preference and free-busy style scheduling. InOrbit should not read full event details by default or create holds, events, or invites without approval.
  • You are responsible for reviewing recipients, subjects, message bodies, file links, and meeting details before approving an external action.

LinkedIn And Manual Follow-Through

InOrbit may help you draft LinkedIn messages, paste or open confirmed profile links, and track manual follow-through. InOrbit does not promise automated LinkedIn browsing, connection requests, direct messages, likes, comments, password handling, or session automation.

AI Output Limitations

AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You are responsible for checking generated summaries, research, enrichment, recommendations, and follow-up drafts before using them.

User Content And Contact Data

You retain your rights in the content and contact data you provide. You grant InOrbit the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, analyze, display, and export that content so we can provide and improve the service.

Prohibited Use

  • Do not use InOrbit for spam, mass unsolicited outreach, deceptive communications, illegal surveillance, credential collection, scraping that violates another service's terms, or unauthorized data collection.
  • Do not attempt to bypass quotas, safety gates, approval screens, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Do not upload malware, exploit code, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
  • Do not use InOrbit to make high-stakes decisions without appropriate human review.

Availability And Changes

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features at any time, especially during pilot and beta periods. We may also set usage limits, disable integrations, or pause expensive features to manage reliability, safety, or cost.

Disclaimers

InOrbit is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InOrbit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using InOrbit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, misuse integrations, or if the pilot or service changes. You may request export or deletion support where available.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as InOrbit evolves, including before public launch. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or email.
